Pokémon VGC 2025 Taiwan Master Ball League

The fifth Master Ball League of the VGC 2025 season took place in the Regulation I format as 156 players traveled to compete at the Kaohsiung, Taiwan Master Ball League on June 7-8, 2025! Players battled through 6 Swiss Rounds where the top 16 players advanced to a single-elimination bracket to determine the winner. The top 4 players from the Taiwan Premier Ball League earned guaranteed registration and round byes based on their placement.

• Chih-Hung Chiu: Round 1-3 bye
• Yu-Tang Fang: Round 1-2 bye
• Meng-Ru Sie: Round 1 bye
• You-Peng Zhuang: Round 1 bye

The top 24 players qualified for the 2025 World Championships, with the Top 4 players earning Travel Awards to attend. An additional round pairs the players who lost in Top 32 to determine the 24 players that qualify for the World Championships.
