The twenty-first Pokémon VGC 2019 Latin American Special Event and the fifth held in the Ultra Series format took place as 19 players traveled to compete at the 2019 Cochabamba Special Event in Cochabamba, Bolivia on April 20, 2019! Players battled through 5 Swiss Rounds where the top 8 advanced to a single-elimination bracket to determine the winner!
